As a Ph.D. Candidate and a Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC), I provide evidence-informed mental performance coaching programs to athletes and high performers. Committed to optimizing performance in sport, I integrate current research to help individuals enhance their abilities and overcome adversities. BM Mental Performance offers tailored approaches to clients in Canada and United States to bridge the gap from research-to-practice, ensuring impactful results.

Applying and implementing mental performance strategies in the performance domain to enhance performance outcomes. This occurs through individual sessions on a consistent basis to monitor progress towards long-term goals.
